The main opening times are 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. The tickets will be available to buy up to 5pm on the Friday before the event. The entry prices upto the event will be £18 for Adults and £6 for Children (aged 12 and under).
There are early bird day (£14), evening (£17) and weekends tickets (£65) available from the website which finish at the end of January 2025.
The event is organised by Paul Bull and Roy Courtney Deal. All other staff, stewards and volunteers just work the weekend.
The main area for seating is in the Main Hall which will have 250 available seats. If the dry then there is also available seating in the formal gardens
Yes there are cloak room facilities at Kelham Hall.
The hall is located on the A617 which is accessed from the A46 which has a direct route from Leicester and Lincoln. If you are travelling from Doncaster or from York you can access the event from the A1.
The main train station is Newark Northgate which has services from London, York, Lincoln and Edinburgh
The best bus to take from Newark will be the number 29 which drops you two minutes walk from the Hall.
There is plenty of free cark parking at Kelham Hall. Please follow signs when you arrive and park as directed.
You will be able to purchase food and alcoholic drinks direct from Kelham Hall. There will also be a pop-up vintage tea room and coffee bar available on-site
There will be no cash machines on site. The nearest cash machines will be in Newark which is 8 minutes drive away.
The majority of vintage traders will take card payments but please bring cash just in case. The team will be able to take card payments for entry tickets at the ticket entry gate.
There will be medical cover on site across the weekend.

Assistance doges are welcome to attend with their owners without additional charge subject to production upon entry of a valid identification from Assistance Dogs (UK)
